RETURN POLICY
How Do I Initiate My Return ?
Step 1: Enter your order number & email address in the fields below & click Start.
Step 2: Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
Step 3: You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.
14 Day Guarantee
Online purchase made through support@shoppremier.com can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the delivered date.
All return/exchange items must be returned undamaged and with all the original labels attached in original packaging. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued. You are welcome to make an exchange as long as it is in stock or alternatively get a refund.
Order Cancellation
We offer full refund to your original payment method if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. You should submit a help ticket from the above section, once you decide to cancel the order.
- For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fees.
- NOTE :-It can take sometime (maybe 4-5 business days depending on which Credit Card company is) to process the refund for the bank if your original payment method is credit card.
- We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.
Return/Exchange Process
Return shipping fees are at the customer's own expense.
We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first.
Step 1: Please email our customer service representatives at support@shoppremierproducts.com to get a return authorization
Step 2: After receiving your email with exchange/return request, our customer service representatives will send the exchange/return instructions back to you via email within 1-2 working days. Please follow the instructions to process the exchange/return.
How soon will I get my Refund ?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be sent to the original method of payment, within 2- 4 working days.
In Case of Damage/Incorrect Item(s)
You have 5 business days upon receipt of the order to notify us about the damage or the incorrect item(s) received. If 5 business days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Our team will inspect/verify the photo(s) or videos within 5 business days of receiving the email, before we issue a replacement. Customer will also have to return the damage or incorrect item(s) in order to receive a replacement. Further instructions will be given through email.
